Author Guideline for Article Submission

Thank you for considering submitting your work to the Oxford Journal of Technology, Arts, Sciences, and Knowledge (OJTASK). To ensure a smooth and consistent publication process, please adhere to the following author guidelines when preparing your manuscript:

Manuscript Preparation:

• Use clear and concise language, adhering to scholarly standards in your field.
• Include a title that accurately represents the content of your paper.
• Provide an abstract of no more than 250 words summarizing the key points and findings of your research.
• Use headings and subheadings to organize the structure of your paper.
• Follow the recommended word count specified for the article type you are submitting (e.g., research article, review, case study).

Formatting and Style:

• Use a standard font of Times New Roman and a font size of 12 points.
• Set margins to 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
• Single-space your text, including references and appendices.
• Number pages consecutively throughout the manuscript.
• Use British English spelling and follow the conventions of academic writing in your field.

References and Citations:

• Adhere to a consistent citation style of APA appropriate for your discipline.
• Include a reference list at the end of your paper, listing all sources cited in the text.
• Provide in-text citations for all paraphrased, summarized, or quoted material, giving credit to the original authors.
• Ensure that all references are accurate, complete, and properly formatted.

Submission Process:

• Submit your manuscript electronically through our online submission system.
• Include all necessary files, such as the main manuscript document, figures, tables, and supplementary materials, if applicable.
• Follow the submission guidelines and provide all required information, including author names, affiliations, and contact details.

Ethical Considerations:

• Ensure that your research adheres to ethical guidelines and standards in your field.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

OJTASK is dedicated to providing free and immediate access to high-quality open-access articles. To sustain this model and ensure the availability of free content, we require an article processing charge (APC) of US$300 plus tax per accepted paper. The maximum length allowed for papers is 10 pages, with the exception of review articles, which can be up to 15 pages. Any additional pages beyond the limit will incur a charge of US$15 per page. Authors will receive a detailed invoice along with the acceptance notification. There are no charges for submission or rejected articles, figures, or supplementary data. Editorial items such as Editorials, Corrections, Additions, Retractions, Letters, and Comments are published free of charge. The cost of the APC is typically covered either by the organization funding the research published in the article or by the author's employing institution.

The APC covers various aspects, including the editorial procedure, administration related to peer review, author revisions, and final decision-making. OJTASK has a dedicated in-house staff to handle most of these tasks, allowing editorial board members to focus on scientific decisions and their own research. It also covers article production, which involves professional language editing, typesetting, formatting, and production in multiple formats (PDF, XML, HTML, and Epub). Additionally, the APC supports article hosting, dissemination efforts, website maintenance, indexing database linking, journal administration, and promotion within the research community. Administrative work related to rejected articles is also covered. The acceptance rate of OJTASK is transparently displayed and automatically updated on the journal's homepage.

Author Guidelines for eBook Submission

Thank you for considering submitting your eBook to OJTASK Academy. To ensure a smooth submission process and maintain the quality and integrity of our publications, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Scope and Content:

• Your eBook should fall within the scope of OJTASK Academy, which covers various disciplines in technology, arts, sciences, and knowledge.
• The content of your eBook should be original, innovative, and contribute to the existing body of knowledge in your field.

Manuscript Preparation:

• Prepare your eBook manuscript using a word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word) in a standard format (e.g., .doc or .docx).
• Use clear and concise language, ensuring proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Organize your eBook into well-structured chapters or sections with appropriate headings.
• Include an informative title that accurately reflects the content of your eBook.
• Provide a preface and a structure of your eBook, highlighting the main objectives, methods, and findings.
• Clearly cite and reference any external sources used in your eBook, following an APA citation style.

eBook Length:

• Your eBook should have a minimum length of 50 pages.
• There is no strict maximum limit, but please ensure that your eBook is concise and focused, avoiding unnecessary repetition or excessive length.

Formatting and Style:

• Use a consistent and professional formatting style throughout your eBook.
• Use standard fonts (e.g., Times New Roman, Arial) and font sizes (e.g., 12 pt) for the main text.
• Use subheadings, bullet points, and numbered lists to enhance clarity and readability.
• Include figures, tables, or other visual aids when necessary, ensuring they are clear, labeled, and of high quality.
• Ensure that any equations, formulas, or mathematical notations are properly formatted and explained.

Submission Process:

• Submit your eBook manuscript electronically through the designated submission system on the OJTASK Academy website or at ojtask@gmail.com.
• Provide all necessary details, including author names, affiliations, and contact information.
• If your eBook is based on previous research or has been presented at conferences, clearly indicate this information in a separate section.

Review Process:

• All submitted eBooks will undergo a thorough peer-review process to ensure high quality and scholarly merit.
• The review process may involve feedback and revisions before final acceptance.
• The decision on the acceptance or rejection of an eBook will be communicated to the authors in a timely manner.

Copyright and Licensing:

• Authors retain the copyright of their eBooks, granting OJTASK Academy a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the work.
• Ensure that you have the necessary permissions and rights for any copyrighted materials (e.g., images, text excerpts) used in your eBook.

Publication Fee:

• OJTASK Academy charges a Book Processing Charge (BPC) for accepted eBooks. Please refer to the current BPC rates and payment instructions provided on the OJTASK Academy website.

To sustain this model and ensure the availability of free content, we require a Book Processing Charge (BPC) for each accepted book. The cost of the BPC is often assumed either by the organization funding the research published in the e-book or by the author's employing institution. The rates for the BPC are as follows:

• For e-books below 50 pages: US$300
• For e-books with 50-100 pages: US$400
• For e-books with 100-250 pages: US$500
• For e-books with 250-400 pages: US$600

Authors will receive a detailed invoice along with the acceptance notification. There are no charges for submission or rejected articles, figures, or supplementary data. Editorial items such as Editorials, Corrections, Additions, Retractions, Letters, and Comments are published free of charge.

The BPC covers various aspects, including editing, proofreading, quality checking, layout design, assigning ISBN number, assigning DOI number, online hosting of the e-book, and making an online PDF version available for download. OJTASK has dedicated in-house staff to handle most of these tasks, allowing editorial board members to focus on scientific decisions and their own research.
